According to New Video Posted on Youtube by africafrique.com, the video shows Two Nigerian soldiers beating up a disabled man in Onitsha in Anambra state,
It was also reported that the soldiers have been arrested and charged with assault.
The Nigeria army also explained that the disable man was beaten because the man was wearing a camouflage shirt. although the soldiers had been charged in line with thier zero tolerance for acts of indiscipline.
