As a lot of people are getting ready around the world for the celebration of Valentine's day, some people on the other hand might not get the opportunity to celebrate the day, one of those are people from Pakistan, as an Islamabad High Court in the country on Monday decides to imposed a ban on the Days celebration. It has been said that Celebration of valentine's day will not be allowed in public places and government offices across Pakistan.
According to Dawn Report The Country Ministry of Information, the Islamabad High Commission and other agencies have been told by Justice Shaukat Aziz, who was hearing the case, to submit their replies regarding the immediate execution of the court's orders.
It was learnt that the orders were given after a citizen
of the country named Abdul Waheed submitting a petition, that promotions on mainstream and social
media for Valentine's Day are "against Islamic teachings and should be
banned immediately."
