Governor of Delta State Governor Okowa and Deputy Governor of the state, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro among others leads at Delta Unity Cultural parade as Delta State Celebrates its 25th Year in Existence the state was found in the year 1991. The parade was held in Cenotaph, Asaba.
