Nigeria Police arrested, beats and brutalized about 14 student union activists in YabaTech. According to Sahara Reporter The student were part of those who had formerly attended the hearing of a case between rusticated University of Lagos State Union and UNILAG at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos. The case was said to have been adjourned by Justice Salihu to October 25th because the defendant, UNILAG, did not show up in Court.
Among those brutalized include the NANS JCC Chairman Samson Moses Adewale, NANS JCC Sports director Muhammed, NANS JCC Secretary General Owolabi Oluseyi, two NANS JCC senators while many others were arrested
