According to PUNCH, a Federal High Court in Lagos has granted the bail
of Previous Minister of Aviation; Femi Fani-Kayode, the bail is in the sum of
N250 million. He is being tried by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission
(EFCC) for an alleged fraud of N4.9bn.
Fani-Kayode was freed together with the Former
Minister of State for Finance, Nenadi Usman, and one Danjuma Yusuf. The fourth
respondent in the charge is an organization, Joint Trust Dimension Nigeria
Limited.
